Nature Bathing in the Gardens

Saturday, June 1, 2024
from 1:00PM to 3:00PM
beginning at the MCBG Farmhouse

Slow down and connect more deeply with the beautiful Mendocino Botanical Garden in this 2 hour workshop. Being present in the natural world while opening the senses can have a remarkably refreshing and awe inspiring effect. A gentle meditative approach to being in nature is an antidote to our nature starved lives.

We will wander the garden, spending time with the plants, the ocean, and the sky. Various exercises will be introduced to enhance your connection with nature. Expect to walk softly on this earth with animal senses, meander with beauty, gaze into the sky and stand with the trees.
